2/20/2023 0 Comments Reddit wedding planner pro revenge![]() I fully understand your point and defaults are very strong. So I stand by my point, especially on an iPhone, you simply cannot change your search engine to a new search engine like us. That is clearly intended to prevent consumers changing. As for changing the nav bar search, no ordinary consumer is going to be able to work out how to change a search URL pattern. So every new tab opened on Chrome takes you back to Google search, even if a consumer figures out how to change their homepage. But even if they could, Google does not allow you to set the New Tab to another search engine, even by setting the homepage to one. On desktop in Chrome, as noted it is not something any typical consumer can do easily. That is a clear monopoly over distribution. I challenge you to change to a new competitive option like it. You can see the search engine I'm working on in my profile if you're interested (I don't want to hijack this thread with self-promotion). So here's a challenge, try adding a search engine not on that list. And that option is used for the entire system-wide search, not just Safari. Yes, but you can't add a new search engine at all! So if a search engine isn't one of the tiny number of options in that dropdown, you can't change to it. Now that's some sci-fi level of conspiracy but in today's world it seems totally plausible. "There’s a fun conspiracy theory that popped up recently called the Dead Internet Theory." This is the most annoying behavior because I really mean what I write. It tries to be “smart” and figure out what you “really meant". "Google increasingly does not give you the results for what you typed in. Well, at least a good enough balance that people still use it primarily. What I'm shocked by is that Google somehow maintained a balance on this for so long. "It is obvious that serving ads creates misaligned incentives for search engines." The latest conditions on mountain bike and hiking trails are being shared inside communities like Reddit but not on the web. The "best" recipe for pancakes is only what's trending on instagram right now. I search for the following kinds of things on Reddit exactly because results on other sites aren't trustworthy: Reviews are secretly paid ads. The long answer is that most of the web has become too inauthentic to trust." "Why are people searching Reddit specifically? The short answer is that Google search results are clearly dying. You wouldn’t expect someone to pay for your hotel on a vacation, and this is no different,” Rhiann concluded. Some really good thoughts here. “Doing a destination wedding is often a way to save money on the venue costs as it is normal for guests to contribute to or pay for their own accommodation-if that accommodation is at the wedding venue itself, it can offset the cost for the couple. ![]() She also added that the couple may want to think of a destination wedding as a way to save money. “I’d advise this bride to downsize her guestlist and use the budget she’s saved or been gifted from her parents,” the wedding planner suggested. To find out what an expert had to say about this situation, Bored Panda reached out to Rhiann Janak, a professional wedding planner and the CEO of “ Lucy Till French Weddings.” Rhiann told us that in her professional and personal opinion, “it’s tacky to outright ask for money from guests, even if they are family.”
